Mallorca is more than just its beaches.
The island possesses an identity deeply linked to nature, light, and Mediterranean landscapes. A few kilometers from the coast, roads wind through traditional villages, olive groves, almond trees, and lands with warm hues.
At LolumaStyle Mallorca, we aim precisely to capture this atmosphere through simple, easy-to-wear clothing inspired by life on the island.
The OLIVA model was born from this idea: to create a t-shirt inspired by Mallorca capable of evoking the Mediterranean without overusing symbols.
A garment that can be worn just as naturally in the narrow streets of a Mallorcan village as it is on a terrace by the sea.
The olive tree, symbol of the Mediterranean
For OLIVA, the choice of the olive tree was a natural one.
Present for centuries in Mediterranean landscapes, it is part of Mallorca's visual identity. Its foliage, branches, and olives also possess that natural elegance we wanted to capture in the design.
On the back of the t-shirt, the illustration draws on the spirit of a vintage botanical engraving, accompanied by the words:
“Entre el mar y los olivos.”
Between the sea and the olive trees.

A Mediterranean t-shirt with a timeless style
We wanted to avoid a traditional souvenir t-shirt.
OLIVA was therefore designed as a true lifestyle piece: a design present enough to give the garment character, while remaining understated and easy to style.
Worn with light trousers, shorts, jeans, or simply as part of a summer outfit, its style naturally finds its place in a Mediterranean wardrobe.
The drawing placed on the back gives the model its identity, while its silhouette remains intentionally simple and timeless.
It is this contrast between minimalism and botanical illustration that gives OLIVA its character.

Style was not our only criterion.

A brand inspired by Mallorca and the Mediterranean, but without seeking to reproduce the usual tropes of tourist clothing.
Our creations instead draw their inspiration from the small details that define the island’s identity: a palm tree, a particular light, the sea, a terrace, a market, a stone village, or, as is the case here, an olive branch.
